“Criminal” is Scientifik’s debut album. It barely got promoted by the label, Definite Records, because it was facing financial difficulties at the time; He ended up selling the records' copies out.

Scientifik is a dope rapper but it's not very often he steps his game up out of the B range. It's a shame because he gets hit with a lot of fat jazz beats here, especially "Jungle of da East" and most of the b side. But thanks to the album's brevity, on nothing more than smooth ass beats and slick flow Criminal is mostly a success.

Y'all might be able to find this album on the Internet or something. While Criminal is a good album, I think it got lost in the shuffle due to its generic music. Song Quality: 7/10 (long-lost non-classic) Lyrics: 7/10 (good, but not memorable) Beats: 9/10 (love these kinds of beats) Favorites: Lawtown I Got Planz Jungles of da East Fallen Star.

Sep 12,  · Scientifik:: Criminal:: as a means to promote (quoted from the credits) 'Scientifik's debut Chemistry/Mercury CD and cassette "Prestige, Image, Money & Power".' Which, it is safe to assume, would become (the not particularly appropriately titled) "Criminal." aspiring rapper who had only just begun ("I Got Planz"). His diction wasn't.
